The Steps to Become a Nanny With Bloom

Allow me up to 5 business days to review your application. If I am interested in moving forward, I will contact you for an interview.
After the interview I will conduct a background check through a secure program (fees covered by me).
Once results come back, I will build your profile to share with families that may be interested in working with you!
Once a match with a family is made, we will set up a trial period. This is a few days (paid) to work with a family and see how the connection is before commitment.
If the family decides to employ you, I can assist in creating a contract if needed, and I will always be here to provide assistance throughout the duration of your employment!
